Shipping North America
Orders are shipped via USPS on small packages. Most of our orders are shipped through UPS. For larger packages, we ship through Saia Trucking unless other arrangements are made.
Where shipping is not included, you will receive an invoice with the estimated shipping amount. Please note actual shipping costs may vary.
Upon completion, you will receive a final shipping invoice with the actual shipping amount. All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Any loss or mishandling of packages is the responsibility of the carrier. We insure all of our shipments. Any and all claims for loss or damage should be reported to the carrier. Please contact us for International Shipping Rates.
International Shipping
The answer is YES! Orange Boxx is happy to say that we do indeed ship worldwide. If you are shipping within the United States or Canada our regular check out process works for any of those locations. For anywhere else you will need to email us for a shipping quote.
We are not responsible for any Duties or Taxes . We charge Shipping to you not the taxes or Duties of your Country or state. If you refuse the products, You are responsible for the return shipping charges and restocking fee of 25% of sale. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can take up to 2 weeks. On colored parts it may take up to 5 weeks.
ALL FOLD DOWN ORDERS
The processing time does not start till you have approved design. The your order can take up to 13 weeks before shipping.
