Say your dead pedal is broken. Are you going to trust using that stock plastic pedal again ? We start out with 14 Ga material. Laser cut Carbon steel. From there we form it to the part. After which we use 11 Ga tubing on the back to make the legs. We weld those to the foot rest on a jig that is made to the same specs used in the FJ cruiser and 4 Runner 4th Gen alike.
